### Shipping & Delivery Policy

#### 1. Order Processing Time
- All standard orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Custom handcrafted wall art or personalized name boards may require 3 to 5 business days for crafting prior to dispatch.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or national holidays.

#### 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines
- Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery across India takes between 3 to 7 business days after dispatch depending on your pincode.

#### 3. Shipment Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email / SMS / WhatsApp to track your parcel in real-time.

#### 4. Damaged or Lost Packages
- All artwork is packed securely with multi-layer protective packaging.
- If your parcel arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@zainart.com or call +91 7736402888 with photos/videos of the package. We will immediately arrange a replacement.
