1. Return & Replacement Eligibility

At Zain Art, we take immense pride in handcrafting premium Islamic Calligraphy, Sacred Metal Wall Art, Wooden Decor, and Custom Nameboards. If you are not entirely satisfied with your wall decor purchase, we are here to help.

✨ Craftsmanship & Damage Guarantee: All wall art and decor items undergo rigorous quality inspection before dispatch. If your piece arrives with shipping damage, surface scratches, or defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof for an immediate replacement or full store credit.

2. Custom & Personalized Nameboards

Standard metal and wooden wall decor items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery in their original protective packaging. Custom engraved nameboards and personalized door plaques are non-returnable unless defective.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or NAPS) within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
